There is a large comfortable lounge with ample comfy seating, Satellite TV,DVD and CD,a good selections of DVDs and CDs provided, books with titles for both children and adults, indoor games including a gaming table with casino games and the house boasts a further lounge/playroom for get away moments for either you or the children. The separate dining room seats 12 and is easily served from the Kitchen We have an indoor games room with pool table, darts and junior darts and many other indoor and outdoor games designed to brighten any dull day This property has 3 large double bedroom and 3 large twin bedded bedrooms. The bedrooms are large enough to take a cot or zbed for a small child and are furnished with quality linen and modern solid wood furniture and the 3 first floor bedrooms each have a feature marble fire place. There is a bathroom with corner bath, over bath shower, separate shower, vanity unit and toilet. There is a large shower room with double vanity unit, toilet and shower, and further toilets on the ground and 2nd floor. The exterior of the property includes beautifully kept gardens with BBQ, garden furniture and secure heated pool and children's area. At the rear of the house there is about 1 acre of ground laid to lawn giving plenty of room for games tournaments of cricket etc. Other on site activities include boule court, badminton, small chip and put and for the less active, a hammock to swing in.
