Agreement to a provisional booking places you under no obligation, but the length of the option offered will be by agreement and depend upon the circumstances at the time of your enquiry.

No booking can be accepted until a completed booking form , together with the correct deposit or full payment (whichever is applicable), is received by the owners.

For bookings made more than eight weeks before the start of the holiday, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The balance will be due eight weeks before the commencement of the holiday. The owners reserve the right to re-let the property in the event of non-payment by the due date. For bookings made less than eight weeks before commencement full payment is required.
An additional payment of £100 (€140) will be requested to cover breakages and losses.this is refundable as per our terms and conditions

a) within 8 weeks 25% of the total
b) within 6 weeks 60% non returnable, unless the property can be re-let
c) within 4 weeks 100% non-returnable, unless the property can be re-let.
d) within 2 weeks 100%

Whilst the property has adequate insurance cover for buildings, contents, fire, flood etc. the owners unfortunately cannot take liability for cancellation costs, personal accident or death whilst on the premises or grounds and it is strongly recommended that you have travel insurance to cover such eventualities.
