Breton Villa with private lake (secured from the garden) – 4 bedrooms, Sleeps 8 + cot.

Villa Fontaine comprises a fully fitted kitchen with all necessities including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer.

There is a large comfortable lounge/dining room with TV/Satellite TV/DVD CD player, wood burner and French doors which open onto a sun trap balcony. Also you can relax in the games room, which includes a snooker/pool table.

This property has 2 modern double bedrooms (1 en suite), 2 comfortable twin bedrooms, bathroom with bath and separate shower, toilet.

The exterior of the property includes mature beautifully kept walled gardens with BBQ, garden furniture, children’s play area and parking. There is also a wonderful heated secure-pool.

Other onsite activities include the aerobics gym and fishing in our small private lake, boule court, badminton and children’s activity area.
