 The Villa Sleeps: 8 + cot Built in the Breton style and lovingly refurbished to offer a high standard, with heated pool (fenced) and private lake (secured from the garden) Standing in it's own grounds with small private lake and located on the edge of the village with only a 5 minute walk to the village shops for your daily essentials including a chemist and doctor. A 3 course lunch including wine for euro 10.90 is a must at the village restaurant, and a short drive will bring you to a variety of restaurants and children are welcomed wherever you go. After dinner, sit in the area of the lake, soak up the tranquility and listen to the sound that only fish and insects splashing on the surface and the stillness of the night, can make. Make friends with our resident ducks and moorhens and spot the many types of birds that visit the lake. You can stroll to one of the two bars in the village, and mingle with the locals, practice your French or let the locals practice their English with you, whatever you do, you will be welcomed by the most friendly of people, we know, we live here in Brittany. Villa Fontaine is only a 20 minute drive to a beautiful lakeside beach, with water sports, boat trips and fishing. Also a scenic 40 minute drive will take you to the southern coast for beautiful sea and sandy beaches. In Ploerdut you can play tennis, go horse riding, walking or just relax.
